Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Eazy Study at eazystudy.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Eazy Study is an AI-powered tool that converts academic documents into study materials including study guides, quizzes, flashcards, and practice exams. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• One person may not maintain multiple active accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Eazy Study only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload content you do not own or have permission to process
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
• Abuse the generation system (automated bulk generation, reselling generated content, etc.)
• Use Eazy Study to submit AI-generated work as your own in academic contexts where this violates your institution's academic integrity policies — the Service is a study aid, not a ghostwriting tool

5. Uploaded content

You retain ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading a document, you grant Eazy Study a limited, non-exclusive license to process that document for the sole purpose of generating your requested study materials. We do not sell your uploaded documents or use them to train AI models.

6. AI-generated content

Study materials generated by Eazy Study are provided as-is for personal study use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. Always verify generated content against your original course materials.

7. Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Whop, our payment processor.
• Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days except as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Eazy Study and all associated software, designs, and content are the property of Eazy Study and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eazy Study is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

12. Changes to these terms
