If Eazy Study does not work as described on our website and you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, email us at contact@eazystudy.io with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
After 7 days
Refunds are not available for subscription payments made more than 7 days ago. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Renewals
The 7-day guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your next billing date.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed through Whop, our payment provider, back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
